The Bookshop
We have operated a bookshop on the Manor House Finchley site for over 25 years. We stock a wide range of Jewish titles — Liberal, Reform, Conservative and Orthodox publications, as well as secular and academic works. The shop stocks a much wider range of titles than any other Jewish bookshop in the UK.
Most of our stock is imported from the USA, including a large selection of children's and educational books, and we always have several hundred bargain books at half published prices or less. We also carry a full range of ritual Judaica — tallisim, kippot, menorahs, mezuzahs — plus crafts and gifts from Israel, the US and the UK.
We mail-order, mostly next day, in the UK and export anywhere in the world.
There is a café on site during the week.

Specialising in rare and out-of-print Judaica and Hebraica, and books on the Near and Middle East. John, who runs both parts of the business, has been dealing in books for over 30 years, with over 30,000 titles listed online. We also stock books, prints and maps of the Near and Middle East, ancient history, Egyptology, travel and archaeology.
